Process

Hand forged damascus steel along with USA manufactured folding knives. I prospect throughout the year, searching for unique rough stones that can be inlayed as simi precious gem stone handles.

Starting with a metal or billet blanks, I design the knife then cold stock removal is performed to shape, then off to a process called heat treatment to ensure maximum strength.

Cutting rough stones into slabs I design the handle then grind and polish.

My lapinday machines: 24in, 18in, 10in, and 6in diamond saws. 8in, 6in and 4in lapindary grind and polish machines. Diamond ring saw, 9in Diamond band saw, multiple hand carving diamond drill bits, multiple polishing machines

Metal machines 2x72 belt sander 1x42 belt sander 12in disc sander 9in band saw, multiple hand grinders and metal chop saw.

My knives are one of a kind no two are alike, simple elegance and ready to be handed down from generation to generation.
